My Journey: From Vision to Execution
2002: A New Beginning
My journey began in 2002 when I arrived in America with nothing but a dream and an unwavering belief that the most complex challenges require collaborative solutions. Coming to this great country as a young immigrant, I was determined to not only build a successful career but to give back to the nation that gave me so much opportunity.
2006-2019: Academic Milestones
My pursuit of knowledge and expertise led me through a significant academic journey. I earned my Bachelor's in International Business from Strayer University in 2006, followed by a Master's in Political Science/Public Administration from Roosevelt University in 2012. Furthering my executive education, I became an Executive Scholar at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern in 2013, and completed a Master's in International Relations at Harvard University in 2019.
2005-2026: Entrepreneurial Ventures & Deal Making
My business journey began in 2005 as an entrepreneur and later evolved into an advisory role, where I got into deals, running, executing, and advising across diverse industries. My ventures have spanned services, investment, real estate, and retail sectors—from international trade to private equity investments, from starting globally recognized defense media group to founding one of most innovative airline cargo handling business at one of the busiest airports in the world and from land development to opening cafes across 3 different continents globally. This hands-on experience in building and scaling, exiting businesses has given me invaluable insight into what it takes to turn vision into profitable reality.
2006-2026: Community &Family
Alongside my academic pursuits, I dedicated 10 transformative years to the Niagara Foundation, starting as an intern and rising to the role of Board President. This period was instrumental in dedicating my professional life to building bridges between diverse communities and fostering meaningful intercultural & interfaith dialogue. Moreover, I am blessed with a beautiful family, building a life with my wife and being a proud father of four children, who inspire me daily to create a better world.
Beyond the Niagara Foundation, my commitment to democracy and civil advocacy led me to volunteer work with the National Council on Civil Advocacy, where I became a champion for democracy and human rights in my home country, Türkiye. I dedicated myself to keeping democracy alive by engaging with U.S. Congress, U.S. Representatives, and U.S. Senators—informing them about critical issues, connecting Turkish Americans with their elected officials, and educating both sides on Turkish democracy and the vital U.S.-Türkiye partnership. As Türkiye stands as the most powerful ally nation in the region and one of the most strategic allies to the U.S. globally and within NATO, this work holds double value for me as an American citizen who deeply cares for both my adopted country and my homeland.
